Tldv receives 4.3 million euros

The Cologne-based start-up enables participants in online meetings to record and transcribe important moments.
Following a seed round led by Madrid-based K Fund, the Cologne-based start-up Tldv has received 4.3 million euros with the participation of existing investors Seedcamp and Mustard Seed Maze. Other investors in the round include Shilling.vc and the co-founder and CEO of Glovo Oscar Pierre.
According to co-founder and CEO Raphael Allstadt, the demand for meeting recording solutions has skyrocketed since the company was founded and Corona: "We are still talking about how remote the future of work will be. But the real macro trend that is accelerating is asynchronous collaboration on a large scale."
Tldv's software allows users to use a search engine to find every spoken word from every meeting. The start-up integrates productivity tools such as Slack, Notion and CRMs such as Hubspor or Pipedrive.
Jaime Novoa from K Fund added: "At K Fund, we have long recorded some of our internal meetings so that they can be used at a later date by those who were unable to attend. With the pandemic and hybrid ways of working, this exploded. Tldv takes this to another level and we are obviously heavy users in the company."
