allygatr invests in skillties

The Berlin-based venture capital company allygatr continues to grow and invests in Skillties, a start-up that offers a skill-based company organization.
The Berlin-based start-up Skillties offers a solution for simplifying skill-based company organizations. The company identifies skill gaps among employees and suggests suitable training courses from a wide range of learning content, from seminars and online courses to podcasts. This enables employees to develop further and their employers to benefit from their skills.
Skill management and corporate learning used to be two completely different worlds that seemed incompatible.
Leonard Zenouzi, CEO Skillties
The start-up combines two areas that have hardly overlapped in many companies to date: Skill Management and Corporate Learning. Skillties relies on a specially developed ontological artificial intelligence and supports companies in organizing and identifying the skills of their employees. The company is managed by a founding duo: Sebastian Lothary, who works as CTO and holds a doctorate in AI and skill management. Skillties CEO Leonard Zenouzi was previously co-CEO of the learning platform Growify.
The fact that a hidden champion like Edding is convinced by Skillties is clear proof of how important skill-based company organization already is
