allygatr invests in skillties
Marc Nemitz | 28.04.2023Berlin-based venture capital firm allygatr records further growth and invests in Skillties, a start-up offering skill-based enterprise organization.
Berlin-based start-up Skillties offers a solution to simplify skill-based enterprise organizations. The company identifies skill gaps among employees and suggests appropriate training from a variety of learning content, from seminars to online courses to podcasts. This allows employees to develop and their employers to benefit from their skills.
Skill management and corporate learning were previously two completely different worlds that seemed incompatible.
Leonard Zenouzi, CEO Skillties
The startup combines two areas that until now have hardly overlapped in many companies: Skill Management and Corporate Learning. Skillties relies on proprietary ontological artificial intelligence, and helps companies organize and identify the skills of their employees. The company is led by a founding duo: Sebastian Lothary, who serves as CTO and holds a PhD in AI and skills management. Skillties CEO Leonard Zenouzi was previously co-CEO at learning platform Growify.
The fact that a hidden champion like Edding is convinced by Skillties is a clear proof of how important the skill-based enterprise organization already is
