The employees are demanding information about Flink's employees. The start-up does not want to provide this.

The dispute over the works council at Flink is now apparently continuing in court. Flink recently filed an interim injunction with the Berlin Labor Court. The reason: the employees have postponed the election of the election committee for the works council election from July 22 to September 5. The organizers of the election are now also taking legal action against Flink. As Flink would not provide them with the necessary information for the election, they have now also filed a temporary injunction with the Berlin Labor Court, as reported by start-up scene reports.

Accordingly, the organizers of Flink are demanding a list with the names and dates of birth of all employees. This is necessary to inform employees about the election and to check them at the entrance. Flink would refuse to do this for data protection reasons. The Berlin labor court will now decide whether Flink must provide this information. The hearing is scheduled to take place on August 26.
