Works council organizers from Flink take legal action

Employees are demanding information about Flink's employees. The startup does not want to provide it.
The dispute over the works council at Flink is now apparently continuing in court. Only recently, Flink filed a temporary injunction with the Berlin Labor Court. The reason: employees postponed the election of the election committee for the works council election from July 22 to September 5. Now the organizers of the election are also taking legal action against Flink. Since Flink would not provide them with the required information for the election, they have now also filed an injunction with the Berlin Labor Court, as the Gründerszene reports.
According to the report, the organizers of Flink demand a list with the names and dates of birth of all employees. This would be necessary to inform employees about the election and to check them at the entrance. Flink would refuse to do that for privacy reasons. The Berlin Labor Court will now decide whether Flink must provide this information. The hearing is scheduled to take place on August 26.
