Ten start-ups win at Tech Awards

The industry prize was awarded for the second time. The female founder network WLounge is behind the award.

A total of ten start-ups can look forward to winning the Tech Award. The prize, awarded by the female founder network WLounge, was presented for the second time this year. The award ceremony took place as part of this year's "Telekom Startupnight".

"The Tech Awards show how much potential there is in Germany's start-up scene to strengthen our technological pioneering role and attractiveness as a business location," says co-organizer Mali Baum. The patron of the event was Bertelsmann owner Brigitte Mohn, who herself invests in start-ups. Mohn also received a special award during the evening for her efforts to increase the visibility of women in the German tech industry.
