Ten start-ups win at Tech Awards

The industry award was presented for the second time. The founders' network WLounge is behind the award.

A total of ten startups can look forward to winning the Tech Award. The prize, awarded by the WLounge network of female founders, was presented for the second time this year. The award ceremony took place as part of this year's "Telekom Startupnight".

"The Tech Awards show how much potential there is in Germany's startup scene to strengthen our technological pioneering role and attractiveness as a location," says co-organizer Mali Baum. The patron of the event was Bertelsmann owner Brigitte Mohn, who herself invests in startups. Mohn also received a special award during the evening for her efforts to raise the visibility of women in the German tech industry.
