We help real estate companies to quickly create the necessary charging facilities to make their buildings more attractive and sustainable according to ESG criteria.
Tom Sauer, CEO of ZEITSTROM

The company offers real estate investors and housing associations complete solutions including the necessary investment. The company equips large office and residential buildings, shopping centers, hotels and logistics companies with charging stations and operates them on a long-term basis. There are currently over one million electric cars on the road worldwide, while this figure is expected to rise to 15 million by 2030.
Uncertain electricity prices and interest rate developments have made the industry more cautious when it comes to investments. With our offer, we enable real estate companies to prepare for the future by taking all the burdens off their shoulders.
Tom Sauer, CEO of ZEITSTROM
ZEITSTROM's offering is holistic and includes the seamless integration of charging stations into existing business processes as well as complete billing logistics - digitally and functionally. This is based on a long-term win-win model, which will be presented at EXPO REAL 2023 in Munich.
ZEITGEIST Asset Management invests in real estate for investors throughout Europe.
