12 million US dollars Series A for Modash

Global growth company Modash, partner of Birkenstock, Victoria's Secret and Farfetch, invests in AI-powered platform and simplified payment processes to take creator partnerships to the next level
Tallinn, Estonia (October 31, 2024) - Modash, a creator partnership platform that connects brands with content creators, has closed a $12 million Series A funding round. The round was led by henQ VC, supported by previous investors. The funds will be used to expand the Modash platform, including AI-powered search capabilities and a global payment solution. The funding round also marks the planned opening of Modash's first North American office in Ottawa to strengthen proximity to key US markets and improve direct support for customers in North America.
Expanding the Creator platform with AI and enhanced payment capabilities
With the new funding, Modash will expand the platform's AI-powered search and discovery functionality to make it easier for brands to target the right creators. In addition, Modash will integrate a new in-platform payment solution that enables cross-border payments without additional fees and ensures compliance with international regulations. This solution is designed to simplify the entire partnership process for brands and creators, allowing payments to be processed quickly and without unexpected fees.
An important step for Modash's expansion in North America
With the opening of the Ottawa office, the startup aims to support its growing customer portfolio in the US and Canada. The office is close to Shopify's headquarters and just a few hours from major business centers like New York and Boston, allowing Modash to provide local support for brands and creators in North America.
