1.6 million euros for Prague-based SaaS startup DecisionRules

Rules instead of code. With customers such as Accenture and Boohoo behind it, the startup is planning its internationalization and product offensive.

Prague, May 6, 2025 - The Czech startup DecisionRules has raised 1.6 million euros in a financing round to expand its cloud-native platform for no-code/low-code decision automation internationally. The round was led by Lighthouse Ventures, with participation from Czech Founders VC, BD Partners, Chilli Ventures and angel investors Ory Weihs and Michael Rostock-Poplar.

The aim is to accelerate expansion into the US and UK markets and to develop new AI-supported functions that will make it even easier for companies to manage their own decision-making logic in future.

Low-code instead of legacy IT

DecisionRules enables non-technical people to create, manage and deploy business rules themselves in real time, without the help of developers or IT departments. The platform is already being used by over 80 enterprise customers such as Accenture, Boohoo, WizzAir and Wolford and addresses a growing need for flexible, logic-based automation.

Founded in 2023, the company now wants to use new resources to scale internationally and add vertical-specific features to its platform. Core functions such as drag-and-drop rule creation, real-time validation and API integration make the tool particularly attractive for small and medium-sized companies that were previously unable to afford BRMS (Business Rules Management Systems) solutions.
