600,000 US dollars for Skarbe

The AI startup Skarbe has secured 600,000 US dollars in pre-seed funding to further develop its intuitive sales assistant. This is aimed specifically at solo founders and small teams who find traditional CRMs more of a hindrance than a help.
The round is led by FIRSTPICK, with participation from Somersault Ventures, as well as business angels such as Andreas Mihalovits (150+ Investments) and Jeroen Van Ermen (Talent Business Partners).
personal sales assistant
Skarbe, named after the Belarusian word for "treasure", works like a personal sales assistant: it analyzes emails, meetings and calendar data, suggests to-dos and next steps, creates follow-ups in the appropriate tone and organizes deals without manual maintenance. Everything is done via a chat interface that can respond to inputs such as"Prepare for my next meeting" or"What do I need to do today?". No need to open spreadsheets, CRMs or dashboards.
Founders don't hate sales - they hate CRMs that keep them from doing their actual work. With Skarbe, we're building a tool that feels like a colleague - not a second job.
Mikita Martynau, CEO and Co-Founder Skarbe
The solution is already available in a freemium version and is used by over 2,500 users in more than 100 languages. It is particularly popular with solo founders, indie start-ups and remote teams who need to cover several roles at the same time.
No setup. No admin. Just deals.
Skarbe can be integrated without setup and works with existing tools such as Gmail, Outlook or Zoom. All information on deals, contacts and tasks is automatically recorded and processed. Currently under development are
- Automatic lead qualification with follow-up dispatch
- mobile app
- personal LLMs based on Mistral for each user
Skarbe solves a real problem for modern founders: keeping track of everything. It turns emails and meetings into actionable insights - without any effort.

The team behind Skarbe
Skarbe was founded by Mikita Martynau and Alex Talyuk, two founders with Belarusian roots and experience in the tech scene. CEO Martynau was previously instrumental in the growth of PandaDoc, where he was responsible for new product lines such as digital payments and forms, helping to grow sales to over 100 million US dollars. CTO Talyuk brings extensive experience working on AI-powered systems in San Francisco, including in computer vision and natural language processing. The founding team is complemented by Ilya Korzun, who initially joined Skarbe as the first angel investor and is now responsible for operational and financial issues as COO. Korzun has entrepreneurial experience in the advertising and production industry.
With her background in product development, artificial intelligence and growth-oriented scaling, the Skarbe team aims to create a practical solution for small start-up and sales teams. Especially for those who have little time for traditional sales processes or CRM maintenance. The focus is on an AI-supported assistant that is integrated into existing communication processes and helps to maintain an overview of sales activities without the need for complex software processes. The development of further functions, including automated lead qualification, mobile access and the use of individual language models within private user environments, is already underway. The aim is to provide a tool that relieves sales tasks without imposing new complexity on users.
