a-metal AG successfully closes seed of CHF 2.1 million

a-metal AG, a Swiss startup based in Technopark Zurich, has successfully completed its seed financing round and raised CHF 2.1 million. The lead investor of the round is QBIT Capital, accompanied by renowned co-investors such as Zürcher Kantonalbank, Swissortholab, Kickfund, CADFEM and experienced angel investors.

Focus on industrialization and scaling

The capital will be used specifically for the industrialization of a-metal's compact, affordable and easy-to-use metal 3D printing system. The aim is to scale production, professionalize the market presence and expand the team in key areas.

Next steps in the growth phase

Pre-series production of the metal 3D printing system has already started.
