Adric secures first investment as part of BW Pre-Seed

The Stuttgart-based start-up has successfully signed its first investor agreement. As a co-investor, innoWerft is joining adric GmbH as part of the BW-Pre-Seed funding program of L-Bank, the state bank for Baden-Württemberg.

This financing represents an important step for adric: with 200,000 euros in additional liquidity, the team can continue to drive forward its product development and market expansion. The startup will also receive support from startup experts Viviane and Inga-Marit, who will accompany adric as part of the program.

AI solution for error-free invoices

Adric has developed software that uses artificial intelligence to automatically check incoming invoices and identify incorrect items. For one euro per invoice, companies can make their invoice verification much more efficient. If an error is found, adric takes over communication with the suppliers and ensures the correction, for a success fee of 25 percent.

In addition, the company offers comprehensive data analyses to reveal potential savings and bring transparency to the invoicing process. The benefits are clearly measurable: up to 83 hours less working time per 1,000 invoices and up to 5% less costs due to incorrect invoices.

Awards and next steps

adric's technology has already won several awards in the startup scene, including the ASAP Final #14, the VDR Innovation Award 2025 and "Best Startup" in the Up2B Accelerator 2025.

With the fresh capital behind them, the team now wants to take the next growth step and pursue their vision of eliminating incorrect invoices from the business world once and for all.
