Aircap raises 500,000 euros

The French fintech Aircap has completed a financing round of 500,000 euros. The capital comes from business angels, including founders of leading crowdinvesting platforms, and from Bpifrance. The startup is developing an open platform for risk control and cash flow management in the field of alternative investments and now wants to accelerate its expansion in Europe.
This financing round marks an important milestone and confirms the relevance of our approach to rethink transparency and risk management in the private markets.
Grégoire Bloch-Escoffier, CEO Aircap
Transparency and risk management in private markets
Founded in February 2024 by Grégoire Bloch-Escoffier, Adrien Ducreux and Thomas Kientz, Aircap specializes in the monitoring of financial flows and risk management within alternative investment vehicles. A particular focus is on private debt and crowdinvesting. The platform is aimed at professional investors and investment platforms that want to manage risks in a differentiated manner according to investment type.
Data is the key to professional investment management. Our goal is to support even more professionals in the private market sector with powerful tools.
Adrien Ducreux, Co-Founder Aircap
In less than a year, Aircap has become the market leader in the French real estate crowdfunding segment. The startup has over 20 active customers. These include seven of the ten largest platforms in France, such as ClubFunding, Raizers and La Première Brique.
New funds for expansion and segment expansion
Aircap intends to use the fresh capital not only to expand its technology, but also to tap into new market segments such as private equity and infrastructure investments. The first customers have already been acquired in Belgium and the United Kingdom. The aim is to take on a leading role in an increasingly pan-European market and this will be further boosted by the new EU regulation for crowdfunding platforms.
Market positioning with a European perspective
Aircap is positioning itself as a strategic technology partner for a sector in transition: the private asset market is increasingly demanding structure, compliance and efficiency. The company now wants to leverage its experience in the volatile French real estate market for a stable, structured development of the European crowdfunding ecosystem.
