Arctic Juice & Cafe, the café and juice bar chain specializing in healthy brunch concepts, has closed its Series A financing round. The round was led by BoltRock Holdings, securing its stake in the growing lifestyle café brand.

The startup, which is known for its alpine origin story Born in the Mountains, plans to use the fresh capital to accelerate its expansion in Europe and tap into new urban and international markets. Another focus is on expanding sustainable supply chains and customer programs that reward an active lifestyle.

Growing demand for conscious gastronomy

Craig Huff sees Arctic Juice & Cafe as a response to the global trend towards more conscious consumption and health-oriented lifestyles.

The demand for authentic and sustainable food & beverage experiences is growing rapidly. Arctic Juice & Cafe has managed to combine alpine heritage, fitness and premium offerings into a clearly differentiated brand.

According to BoltRock, the brand not only offers high-quality products, but also an authentic story that appeals to both regular customers and new target groups.

Premium positioning with healthy aspirations

Arctic Juice & Cafe operates premium juice and café bars in the most important alpine and urban locations in Europe, including locations in Val d'Isère, Verbier, Chamonix, Zermatt, Geneva, Lausanne, Annecy, Lyon and Zurich.

The concept combines three core elements:

  • Specialty coffee from organic cultivation
  • Cold-pressed juices
  • Natural brunch dishes with high nutritional value

The start-up places particular emphasis on sustainable sourcing, health-oriented menu design and community involvement through fitness initiatives.

This investment confirms our mission to positively change everyday habits through high-quality organic coffee, fresh juices and healthy brunch dishes.

The plan is to significantly increase the number of branches in major European cities and to strengthen the organization by establishing additional management and operational structures.

Experienced founding team and sporty brand DNA

Arctic Juice & Cafe was founded in Verbier in 2016. The brand sees itself not only as a gastronomy concept, but also as part of an active community. Together with the Arctic Run Collective 2025, the CEO took part in the ultra-running event The Speed Project (500 kilometers from Los Angeles to Las Vegas).

As part of the transaction, Craig Huff and Daniel Bondy will join the company's Board of Directors.

With currently 15 locations in Switzerland and France, Arctic Juice & Cafe serves customers who value quality, sustainability and a healthy lifestyle. The brand focuses on organic specialty coffee, cold-pressed juices and natural, energy-rich foods.
