Armira Growth invests €25 million in Mannheim-based software company osapiens to support its growth and development of sustainable supply chain solutions.
Mannheim - Armira Growth is investing €25 million in osapiens, a Mannheim-based software company. The investment is in the form of a minority stake and provides osapiens with the opportunity to continue its growth.
Osapiens develops solutions to create transparency and sustainability in global supply chains, mainly through its cloud platform "osapiens HUB". This enables companies to promote corporate sustainability. The company serves over 1,000 customers in more than 50 countries. Osapiens was founded in 2018 and is winner of the German Founder Award 2022 in the category 'Up-and-Coming'.
We support companies to grow sustainably - not only in the EU, but worldwide. In our view, the ability to map all processes along the value chain that are relevant for corporate sustainability on one platform with the help of software is indispensable for this purpose.
