Billbee buys Replyco
The e-commerce tool Billbee has acquired 100% of the British company Replyco in order to expand its existing offering. According to the company, Replyco's market entry into the DACH region is imminent.
The multichannel tool Billbee, which is primarily used by small and medium-sized online retailers, recently acquired the British company Replyco. With the purchase, Billbee is expanding its existing e-commerce ecosystem. It now also offers online retailers a specialized helpdesk solution for customer support. Replyco will soon be integrated into Billbee's partner network and will be available to users in the same way as all other partner interfaces.
Like us, Replyco is a self-service software tailored specifically to the needs of e-commerce and ideally complements our existing offering.

Billbee is known for the automation of ordering and business processes and has experienced strong growth in recent years. Replyco focuses primarily on the automation of customer service and will now complement Billbee's offering. The technical integration is already in full swing.

Billbee was founded by Jan Krause in 2015 in Detmold as a GmbH. David Pohlmann was appointed as the second Managing Director in 2019. The company offers a cloud-based automation solution for multichannel retailers for order processing, article management, merchandise management and the connection of over 100 interfaces.

Replyco is a company that offers cloud-based helpdesk software tailored to the needs of e-commerce sellers. The software is designed to help sellers manage and automate customer support requests from various channels (such as email, Amazon, eBay, etc.). Replyco was founded in 2017 by Artem Verovenko and is headquartered in London.
