Billbee buys Replyco

E-commerce tool Billbee has acquired 100% of UK-based Replyco to expand its existing offering. According to the company, Replyco's market entry into the DACH region is imminent.
The multichannel tool Billbee, which is mainly used by small and medium-sized online retailers, has recently acquired the British company Replyco. With the purchase, Billbee expands its existing e-commerce ecosystem. It now also offers online merchants a specialized helpdesk solution for customer support. Replyco will soon be integrated into Billbee's partner network and will be available to users in the same way as all other partner interfaces.
Like us, Replyco is a self-service software specifically tailored to the needs of e-commerce and ideally complements our existing offering.

Billbee is known for the automation of ordering and business processes and has experienced strong growth in recent years. Replyco focuses primarily on customer service automation and is now set to complement Billbee's offering. The technical integration is already underway, he said.

Billbee was founded by Jan Krause in 2015 in Detmold as a GmbH. In 2019, David Pohlmann was appointed as the second managing director. The company offers a cloud-based automation solution for multichannel retailers for order processing, item management, inventory management and the connection of over 100 interfaces.
