French tech startup Bonx has closed a seed financing round of 8.6 million US dollars to further expand its AI-based ERP platform. The round was led by 9900 Capital, with participation from Kima Ventures, Purple, OSS Ventures and Dynamo Ventures.

Bonx was founded in 2022 by Alexandre Barroux and Rémi Beges and emerged from the company builder OSS Ventures. The software specifically targets medium-sized production companies in Europe that are struggling with outdated ERP systems and increasing operational complexity.

AI meets no-code: Fast implementation instead of lengthy rollouts

Bonx combines artificial intelligence, no-code configuration and a visual, modular interface. Unlike traditional ERP projects that take months or years, Bonx is able to realize full implementations in just three to ten weeks.

Bonx adapts to real production processes - not the other way around. We focus on interoperability instead of system demolition.

Rémi Beges, CTO Bonx

The platform complements existing systems such as finance and CRM solutions rather than replacing them. It offers control and transparency over production, logistics, purchasing and quality. According to the startup, this results in measurable improvements in traceability, inventories and operational efficiency.

Bonx is already being used by several medium-sized manufacturers in France, Italy and Spain, including suppliers to Décathlon and fast-growing brands such as French Bloom.

CEO Alexandre Barroux explains:"Our goal is clear: we want to help medium-sized manufacturers simplify their processes and control their workflows with tailor-made technology. With the new capital, we are now scaling up specifically in Italy and Spain - two key markets for the European industry."

Market with urgency

The industrial heartland of Europe, particularly in France, Germany, Italy and Spain, is under pressure. More complex supply chains, stricter regulations and sustainability targets are increasing the need for modernization. However, many manufacturers continue to work with Excel or old-fashioned software that is neither scalable nor flexible enough.

Bonx is redefining the ERP landscape - with impressively fast rollouts, AI-powered automation and real operational impact. The platform addresses a real problem with high urgency - and huge market potential.

Juliette Sylvain, Principal at 9900 Capital:

Bonx plans to use the fresh capital to grow the team, deepen product capabilities and accelerate expansion in Southern Europe. The vision: to rethink Europe's digital production infrastructure - fast, smart and practical.
