Breezy Brands launches marketplace for cannabis dispensaries

Customers can redeem prescriptions on the online marketplace "Grüne Brise". Their prescribed products are delivered to their doorstep.

Breezy Brands GmbH is opening Germany's first online marketplace for cannabis pharmacies called "Grüne Brise". The store is intended to be a solution where patients can fill their prescriptions at the same location, select the products and then have them delivered to their home.

"There are currently only a few specialized cannabis pharmacies in Germany, so obtaining the prescribed strain can be a lengthy and time-consuming process," says CEO Janett Dalka. "Our aim is to offer patients a service without long waiting times, availability problems or a lack of accessibility." For doctors, the platform offers a separate login area where they can find out more about the products and receive further training.

Breezy was founded in April 2022. The brand aims to position itself between lifestyle and community and, in addition to the online marketplace, also offers accessories, medical utensils and clothing. It is a portfolio company of the Frankfurt-based Bloomwell Group. "With the exception of cultivation, we now cover the entire value chain," says Bloomwell Co-Founder and CEO Niklas Kouparanis.
