Buynomics secures USD 30 million in Series B

The start-up's AI-supported Commercial Operating System is revolutionizing price and sales optimization. Buynomics plans to use the fresh capital to expand into North America.

Cologne, March 20, 2025 - Buynomics, a provider of AI-supported price and revenue optimization, has raised 30 million US dollars in a Series B financing round. The round was led by Forestay Capital, with participation from Anais Ventures, VI Partners and existing investors Insight Partners, Seedcamp, DvH Ventures and Tomahawk Ventures. The funds will be used to drive global expansion with a focus on North America and to further develop the innovative Virtual Shoppers AI technology.

This investment marks a pivotal moment for Buynomics. It enables us to accelerate our expansion into North America and further strengthen our position as a leading platform for revenue optimization.

Buynomics is driving the digital transformation in pricing

Since its founding in 2018, Buynomics' AI-powered Commercial Operating System (OS) has been transforming the way companies optimize prices, promotions and product portfolios. Through precise simulations of real purchasing decisions, Buynomics already supports leading companies such as Danone, Unilever, L'Oréal and Vodafone in over 25 countries. The platform increases their clients' gross profits by 2-4% while reducing analysis times by up to 80%.

Four key growth targets

Buynomics plans to take the following strategic steps with the new capital: Global expansion: growing the team in Europe and expanding into North America and Asia. Expansion of AI functions: Expansion of predictive analytics and development of autonomous decision-making functions. Expansion into new sectors: In addition to consumer goods and telecommunications, increased focus on retail, consumer electronics and consumer healthcare.
