clarait GmbH, a B2B SaaS company specializing in digital committee work and HR processes, has raised over 1.5 million euros in a seed financing round. TGFS Technologiegründerfonds Sachsen is participating together with the HR Angels Club, a network of experienced HR executives and investors. The funds will be used for the further development of the BRbase and HRflows platforms, the expansion of the sales organization and market expansion.

Focus on market leadership in board administration and HR processes

Clarait has set itself the goal of establishing the leading European platform for board administration, labor relations, HR processes and the qualification of specialists in these areas. The offering addresses a rapidly growing market characterized by increasing regulatory complexity, digital change and the need for audit-proof workflows.

The investment will enable us to further scale our BRbase and HRflows products technologically, expand our market presence and realize our vision of becoming the leading platform for digital committee work, labor relations and HR processes.

Johannes Bellmann, Managing Director of clarait

Innovative solutions for works councils and HR departments

Founded in 2023, clarait GmbH from Leipzig offers BRbase, a platform for the legally compliant organization of meetings, resolutions and co-determination processes. HRflows complements the portfolio with structured, legally verified workflows for HR measures subject to co-determination. Offers for the public sector and modular training courses are to be integrated in the future.

Growth, scaling and internationalization

The combination of legally sound workflows, modern SaaS architecture and a strong founding team creates the best conditions for establishing the company as a quality and market leader.

Sören Schuster, Managing Director of TGFS

The current financing round will be used to further expand the technology of the platforms, integrate AI-supported assistance functions and prepare for internationalization - initially in German-speaking countries. Johannes Bellmann, Managing Director of clarait, explains:
