Clark and Wechselpilot cooperate

The insurance manager's customers will now be able to access the services of the Hamburg-based consumer service.

The insurance manager Clark is now cooperating with the start-up Wechselpilot. Founded in 2016 by Jan Rabe and Maximilian Both, the start-up offers a switching service designed to help customers optimize electricity and gas costs. The service includes tariff comparisons as well as consultations and contract changes. Now customers of insurance manager Clark are to have access to this service. So far, Clark has offered its customers the opportunity to manage and compare insurance policies digitally. Through the cooperation with Wechselpilot, Clark customers are now to be able to automatically switch to the cheapest gas and electricity tariffs every year by registering once.

"And especially in the current climate, reducing energy costs is hugely important for almost every household," said Chris Lodde, CMO and co-founder of Clark. Since the current energy prices would burden many consumers, the cooperation with Wechselpilot is just very fitting, he said.
