Constanze Stypula becomes General Manager at Payfit Germany

The manager is to make the HR start-up better known and establish it as a central point of contact for payroll accounting.
Constanze Stypula is taking over the management of Payfit Germany, a software provider for HR processes relating to payroll accounting. In her new position, Stypula will establish the Payfit brand on the German market. She is taking over the business from Istvan Laszloffy, who is leaving the company.
Stypula has many years of management experience. Among other things, she worked at Amazon for ten years, where she was most recently responsible for the text-to-speech division as VP Emerging Operations Audible. Prior to her new position at Payfit, she headed the innovation department at Taxfix as VP New Services. She is now looking forward to the new challenges. "My main goal will initially be to make Payfit known as one of the largest European HR tech unicorns and to establish ourselves as a central point of contact for all aspects of the complex topic of payroll accounting for SMEs," says Stypula.
Founded in 2015, the Payfit start-up aims to simplify HR processes relating to payroll accounting. The company now provides employers in four countries with a solution for HR management and completely automates payroll accounting. The founders behind the company are Firmin Zocchetto, Ghislain de Fontenay and Florian Fournier. According to its own information, the company now has 8,000 customers and 1,000 employees.
