Duve raises 60 million US dollars for guest management
Duve, a platform specializing in guest management, has closed a Series B financing round of 60 million US dollars. The round was led by Susquehanna Growth Equity, accompanied by existing investors such as XT Ventures. The new funding brings the company's valuation to 85 million US dollars.
Growing demand for personalized guest journeys
Hotels are increasingly facing the challenge of providing their guests with consistent and personalized service across multiple touchpoints. Many providers still work with manual processes or isolated solutions that only enable one or two interactions with guests.
We enable hotels to really get to know their guests and at the same time tap into additional revenue potential.
David Mezuman, CEO and Co-Founder Duve
Duve addresses this gap with an all-in-one digital system that bundles six to eight contact-intensive touchpoints, from check-in and upsells to services during the stay, into one platform. Growing expectations for personalized and seamless processes, shaped by modern e-commerce standards, are accelerating the demand for such solutions
AI agents drastically reduce response times
At the heart of the platform is a new generation of AI-supported assistants that have been specially developed for hotel workflows. Duve reports that response times have been reduced from around 30 minutes to one minute, leading to a 42% increase in messaging activity. Unlike generic AI models, the agents access live reservation data, guest preferences, hotel tools, hospitality systems and task management software. This results in situation-specific, context-sensitive recommendations, such as individually tailored activity suggestions for families, couples or business travelers.
Platform replaces numerous individual solutions
The all-in-one platform covers all booking types and combines all phases of the guest journey in one interface. According to Duve, hotels benefit from
- Optimization of operational processes
- Higher upsell revenue with an average 10-fold ROI
- Reduced workload at reception (over 8 minutes less per check-in)
More than one million guests per month and around 1,000 hotel brands in over 70 countries already use the platform.
Duve closes the biggest gap in hotel technology - a unified system for personalization, communication and operations.
Noa Wolfson, Susquehanna Growth Equity
Hotels are also reporting clear benefits. The Sofitel Mexico City Reforma, for example, reports upsell returns of 700 to 800 percent in recent months.
Expansion into new markets & development of new AI infrastructure
Duve is planning to increase its international presence with the Series B. Locations are planned in:
- Great Britain
- Germany, Singapore
- Singapore
- another Asian market
At the same time, the company is investing in an AI infrastructure specially optimized for the hospitality industry. The network of interconnected AI agents is to be expanded in order to automate further processes and improve the guest experience.
Duve was founded in 2015 and offers an all-in-one platform for personalized and automated guest journeys. The company replaces fragmented tools with an integrated solution that helps hotels increase efficiency, revenue and guest satisfaction.
