EdTech startup SchuBu secures seven-figure financing for AI learning platform

EdTech startup SchuBu has successfully completed a seven-figure financing round. The company intends to use the fresh capital to further develop its digital teaching and learning platform and drive its expansion in the DACH region. The round was accompanied by FASE, with VerVieVas, Johannes Woithon, Erste Social Finance and the European Social Innovation and Impact Fund also participating.

Focus on AI-supported learning

The SchuBu+ platform, which relies increasingly on artificial intelligence, is at the center of further development. Functions such as automated corrections and intelligent learning recommendations are planned to relieve teachers in their everyday work and promote individual learning.

Expansion in the DACH region and integration into learning ecosystems

In addition to further technological development, SchuBu is using the funding for the next stage of growth: expansion in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The company is also preparing the rollout on the "Lernapps marketplace".

The long-term goal is to combine didactic quality with technological innovation and thus establish new standards for digital teaching in German-speaking countries. SchuBu was founded in 2020 and has since developed into one of Austria's leading start-ups in the field of digital education.
