Elephant Power secures seven-figure seed financing

Elephant Power GmbH from Stuttgart, together with its holding company Innonergy, has secured seven-figure seed financing. The round was led by international venture capital investor HSG and was recently completed. The aim of the financing is to accelerate technological development and prepare the company for market entry.

Integrated platform for the heat transition

Elephant Power is developing a fully integrated energy solution consisting of a modular heat pump, a battery system and an intelligent energy management system (EMS). The focus is on grid-friendly, fast and simple installation. With this approach, the start-up aims to contribute to the scaling of the heating transition and, in particular, reduce the complexity of planning and operation.

Structure via holding company Innonergy

The financing was structured via the holding company Innonergy, under whose umbrella Elephant Power operates. The new capital base should enable the company to drive forward product development and industrialization, expand strategic partnerships and strengthen its organizational structures.

Focus on pilot projects and market entry

Elephant Power is planning its first proofs of concept (PoCs) with selected partners in the coming months. The first installations are scheduled for the first quarter of 2026. At the same time, the partner network will be systematically expanded and activated to prepare for the subsequent start of series production - from production to sales and marketing.

Team development and growth

Another focus is on expanding the team. In particular, the company is looking for specialists in the fields of engineering and go-to-market. Elephant Power is thus positioning itself early for the next growth phase and inviting potential employees as well as partners and customers to exchange ideas.
