eventpage.ai secures 320,000 euros in pre-seed round

The Munich-based AI start-up eventpage.ai has raised 320,000 euros in a pre-seed financing round. Investors include Venture Studio (pre-seed accelerator, supported by the Dieter Schwarz Foundation) and D11Z. Ventures. The capital will be used to drive forward the scaling of the platform and consolidate its market leadership in German-speaking countries.

AI revolutionizes event planning

Founded in 2024 by Lasse Schmitt and Julian Wendorf, eventpage.ai is developing an AI-supported SaaS tool that simplifies event planning for private individuals and companies. The platform creates individually designed event pages in just four clicks based on a short briefing. This also includes automated invitations, participant management and communication functions. In this way, eventpage.ai replaces traditional planning processes with WhatsApp groups, Excel lists or email chains with a central, intelligent tool.

Early market success and well-known customers

Since its launch in summer 2024, eventpage.ai has recorded a six-figure turnover. Customers include brands such as Mizuno Corporation, Munich Innovation Ecosystem GmbH and EHF Marketing (European Handball Federation). These partnerships have not only contributed to rapid market penetration, but have also provided valuable feedback for product development. Thousands of users are currently using the platform for private, business and public events.

The founders Schmitt and Wendorf are no strangers to the event industry: back in 2016, they founded the sports marketing agency B2M Creative GmbH, which is now one of the best-known German agencies in the sports and lifestyle sector. Their experience in event management forms the basis for the new project, which combines the event industry and AI technology.

Eventpage.ai is a participant in the renowned AI Founders accelerator program from Campus Founders in Heilbronn, which is supported by the Dieter Schwarz Foundation. The program offers access to mentors, technology partners and investors and is considered one of the most important springboards for young AI companies in Germany. The team intends to use the fresh funding to further develop its platform, open up international markets and establish eventpage.ai as the leading AI solution for smart event planning.
