Fabriq wants to become the standard for industrial performance. Founded in 2019, the start-up digitizes daily processes in manufacturing. International scaling now follows with €22 million in growth capital

Paris/Berlin, June 4, 2025 - French industrial software startup Fabriq has closed a financing round of €22 million. The company intends to use the fresh capital to accelerate its international growth trajectory and develop its digital lean management platform into the global reference for industrial performance.

The round was led by Expedition Capital Partners, with participation from existing investor OSS Ventures. With this financing, the startup aims to achieve an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of 50 million euros by 2029.

Thinking lean management digitally

Fabriq was founded in 2019 by Octave Lapeyronie and François Déchelette and offers a SaaS platform for digital lean management. The aim is to make daily processes in industrial production more efficient and transparent. The solution is now in use in over 600 factories in 43 countries, with proven profitability since 2024.

The platform addresses a blind spot for many industrial companies: the digitalization of operational control on site. Despite extensive investments in machines and automation, many production managers and teams still use manual tools such as whiteboards or Excel lists for control. Fabriq provides a remedy here - with digitalized daily routines, real-time analyses and end-to-end problem tracking from the factory floor to management.

Growth through simple scalability and high ROI

According to co-founder François Déchelette, a major competitive advantage of Fabriq is its rapid implementation and high return on investment (ROI).

Our customers often see a 5 to 10-fold return on investment in the first year after launching the platform.

François Déchelette, Co-Founder Fabriq

Fabriq offers a comprehensive set of features for operational teams: from KPI tracking (e.g. on accidents, quality or throughput) to digital meetings, checklists and interactive problem-solving tools. All of this is integrated into a user-friendly interface.

Market potential of over 5 billion euros

With around 8,000 factory locations in France, 42,000 in the USA and 35,000 in Europe (DACH, UK, Northern Europe), Fabriq addresses a market with an estimated volume of 5 billion euros. According to the founders, the level of digitalization in many regions remains low, which significantly increases the potential for solutions such as Fabriq.

Fabriq has the potential to become the standard in digital store floor management - thanks to a scalable product that convinces leading global brands and puts the focus on people on the shop floor.

Steven Twomey, Partner at Expedition Capital

Around 40% of the company's turnover already comes from abroad. Fabriq intends to use the financing to strengthen its presence in the USA, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Northern Europe in particular. ARR is expected to increase to €50 million by 2029, with 40-50% of this to be generated internationally.

Co-founder Déchelette sees Fabriq not only as a tool for increasing performance, but also as the foundation for an"operating system of the factory floor", which will also integrate AI-based functions and strengthen knowledge management on the store floor in the future.

Fabriq's customers include companies from a wide range of industries, including Safran, Airbus, Renault, Scania, LVMH, Merck, Andros and Lonza.
