Finom secures 115 million euros in Series C

FinTech Finom, provider of a digital finance platform for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), has closed a Series C financing round of 115 million euros. The round was led by AVP (formerly AXA Venture Partners). Headline Growth is a new investor, while General Catalyst, Northzone and Cogito Capital are once again providing capital.
One million business customers by 2026
The capital is to be invested specifically in further expansion within Europe. Finom aims to reach one million business customers by 2026. The company currently serves over 125,000 customers in several core markets, including Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. Since the last financing round in February 2024, Finom has doubled its revenue and reports profitability in all key markets.
Total financing of over 300 million euros
In addition to the Series C round, 92.7 million euros in growth financing was also recently raised via the General Catalyst Customer Value Fund(starting base report). In total, the company has thus raised more than 300 million euros in capital to date.
This financing is an important milestone towards our goal of reaching one million business customers by 2026.
Andrey Petrov, CEO and co-founder Finom
The company plans to further develop its product offering while expanding its European presence through strategic acquisitions.
Expansion of the financial platform and entry into the lending business
Finom offers an integrated platform with services such as business banking, invoicing, expense management and payment processing. Recently, the company has also entered the credit market and now offers credit lines for Dutch companies.
AVP partner Warda Shaheen will also accompany Finom on the supervisory board in the future. She sees "a scalable business model and an experienced team with technical depth". Headline Growth also emphasizes the potential in the area of AI-supported B2B finance solutions, particularly in light of regulatory requirements such as e-invoicing and the trend towards embedded finance.
