GetVocal secures 26 million US dollars in Series A financing
GetVocal, European provider of trusted AI-powered conversational agents for enterprise customer support, has successfully closed a Series A funding round of USD 26 million. The round was led by Creandum, with participation from Elaia and Speedinvest. In total, GetVocal has raised around 30 million US dollars since its foundation in 2023. The fresh capital will primarily flow into product development, European expansion and the expansion of the international team.
Hybrid customer service as a business model
GetVocal was founded by AI entrepreneurs Roy Moussa and Antonin Bertin and is based in Paris. With a 60-strong team, the start-up already covers 23 markets, including France, Portugal, the UK and the DACH region. The platform addresses a challenge facing the conversational AI industry: the loss of trust in black box systems. Unlike many other solutions, GetVocal relies on transparent, controllable AI agents that work in close collaboration with human employees. This ensures that AI only makes decisions where it is reliable, while critical processes are monitored by humans.
Studies by the MIT Media Lab show that 95 percent of companies do not derive any financial benefit from AI pilot projects because they lack skills, processes and governance. Our customers are among the five percent that are successful. With the new funding, we want to empower European companies to take on AI responsibility and improve the customer experience at the same time.

First customers confirm efficiency gains
GetVocal is already working with brands such as Vodafone, Glovo and Movistar, and a pilot project is also underway at Deutsche Telekom. Glovo was able to increase the number of AI agents from one to 80 within twelve weeks. Bruno Machado, Senior Operations Manager at Glovo, reports:"GetVocal has transformed our service processes. We achieved five times higher availability and 35 percent more self-service solutions in just a few weeks."
GetVocal's platform reduces live escalations by 31 percent, increases the self-service rate by 45 percent and achieves a deflection rate of 70 percent within three months. All interactions remain fully auditable and EU-compliant, including the strict requirements for data sovereignty and compliance with the EU AI Act.

With the funding, GetVocal is focusing on building hybrid AI workforce fleets and securely automating customer service processes in European organizations.
