Greenly secures 52 million US dollars in Series B

Greenly's new funding round enables global push towards comprehensive corporate sustainability and climate strategies

Paris, March 21, 2024 - Greenly, a provider of carbon accounting solutions, announced that it has closed a $52 million Series B funding round. The financing was led by Fidelity International Strategic Ventures and marks another milestone for the company, which raised $23 million in Series A funding two years ago.

Founded in October 2019, Greenly provides intuitive, accurate and affordable carbon accounting solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. With the new funding, the startup intends to consolidate its position in a market driven by regulatory requirements such as the EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and the recent US requirement for listed companies to report their greenhouse gas emissions.
