The fintech aims to broker financing for investors in the real estate sector. Now the company raises 645,000 euros.

The start-up Immotege has closed its third seed financing round within a few months. As a result, the fintech has now raised a total of 645,000 euros and is now valued at six million euros, according to the company. The company did not disclose where the new capital came from.

Founder Philipp Scharpf wants to use his platform to broker real estate financing for private investors throughout Germany. Founded in 2014, the startup is based in Leonberg near Stuttgart and employs 22 people. The fintech wants to help its customers strategically finance real estate and generate a reliable source of income with rental income. To help investors scale their real estate portfolio, the start-up cooperates with around 800 banks.

The start-up does not see itself as a credit portal, but rather as a "meta-marketplace." The company aims to automate complex real estate financing. "We don't know of any competitors who are even starting to build something like this," Scharpf says of his concept. The first version of the platform is scheduled to launch in early 2023.
