The fintech wants to arrange financing for investors in the real estate sector. The company has now raised 645,000 euros.

The start-up Immotege has completed its third seed financing round in just a few months. The fintech has now raised a total of 645,000 euros and is now valued at six million euros, according to the company. The company did not disclose the source of the new capital.

Founder Philipp Scharpf wants to use his platform to arrange real estate financing for private investors throughout Germany. Founded in 2014, the start-up is based in Leonberg near Stuttgart and employs 22 people. The fintech aims to help its customers to strategically finance real estate and generate a reliable source of income from rental income. To help investors scale their real estate portfolio, the start-up cooperates with around 800 banks.

The start-up does not see itself as a credit portal, but as a "meta-marketplace". The company wants to automate complex real estate financing. "We don't know of any competitor who is building anything like us," says Scharpf about his concept. The first version of the platform is set to launch in early 2023.
