Hamburg - German AI software company neuroflash and AI tools expert Jens Polomski have launched the Flash Academy. This independent digital platform enables members to get practical tips from AI experts and benefit from knowledge exchange within the community. The platform offers an answer to the question of how we can efficiently and effectively learn to use artificial intelligence in everyday work and keep pace with the rapid development of technology.
40% fear job loss
According to a recent study by the Boston Consulting Group, 40% of respondents believe their jobs will no longer exist in the future due to artificial intelligence. Surprisingly, however, only 14 percent have received advanced training in AI. Given the rapid developments in this area, companies face the challenge of training their employees in AI skills. After all, these competencies may determine competitive advantages in the future. It is undeniable that AI will play an increasingly dominant role in business, and entrepreneurial AI skills will become a critical success factor.
