Logsta and Ancla Logistics cooperate

The companies aim for nothing less than to become Europe's leading provider of direct-to-consumer logistics services.
The start-ups Logsta and Ancla Logistik are merging. With nine locations in five countries, the goal is to become "Europe's leading provider of logistics services for D2C," according to a related announcement. To that end, the warehouses' IT infrastructures will be merged in the coming weeks. The company currently has operations in France, the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany and Austria. In the future, Packangels would have 1,000 customers with over 900 employees. In the future, there will thus be three brands that belong together: In addition to Logsta and Ancla Logistik, this also includes Packangels, which was already part of Ancla Logistik before.
"By integrating Ancla and Logsta, we can significantly expand our service offering in the area of technology," says Christoph Maas, founder of Ancla Logistik GmbH. "Both companies have set themselves the goal of being able to offer professional logistics to small e-commerce brands," said Georg Weiß, one of the founders of Logsta. Also, by merging the two companies, the range of services can be expanded to cater more to the individual needs of customers, he further explained.
Ancla Logistik would gradually handle more volumes and omnichannel offerings, while Wiener Neustadt's Logsta would primarily present itself as a cost-effective alternative for startups and SMEs.
