Medwing expands management team

The HR platform brings in reinforcements in the areas of marketing and revenue organization.
Healthcare HR platform Medwing is expanding its leadership team with Cornelia Villa as chief marketing officer (CMO) and Ognjen Zeric as chief revenue officer (CRO). This marks the first time the two C-level positions have been filled.
Cornelia Villa joins Medwing with over 17 years of experience in the B2C and B2B tech industries. Prior to the move, she was a managing director at XING. In her new position as CMO, she will be responsible for the marketing organization. Ognjen Zeric joins Medwing from Secret Escapes. He helped build the travel provider. At Medwing, Zeric will be responsible for the revenue organization, including permanent placement, temporary staffing, marketplace, international recruiting and (key) account management.
Johannes Roggendorf and Timo Fischer founded Medwing in 2017. The HR platform is now active in France, Austria and the UK, in addition to Germany, and says it currently employs more than 300 people. The company claims to work with more than 3,000 clinics and care facilities in Germany.
