New figures for Nuri

The Berlin crypto bank used to be called Bitwala. According to a media report, previously unknown figures should provide new insights.
Nuri is a neobank that was formerly known as Bitwala. Founded in 2015, the start-up is now active in 32 countries, but has so far refused to comment on its figures despite, or perhaps because of, its expansion. However, research by the start-up portal Finanz-Szene.de has now provided some insights into the idea behind Neobank, which also relies on crypto.
According to the report, investors valued the start-up Nuri at 144 million euros in the last financing round. According to the report, this represents a 125% increase compared to the previous funding round. That is a significant increase.
Also interesting: each customer is currently valued at around 575 euros by Finanz-Szene, whereby the term customer refers to registered users who may be contacted by Nuri. If the 2020 cash burn of 800,000 euros per month were to continue, then according to Finanz-Szene, both the equity of 4.5 million and the 2021 funding would be almost completely used up. What does that mean?
Finanz-Szene concludes that a new funding round could be imminent or has already taken place. The almost 150 employees that Nuri has hired in the past 15 months would also suggest this.
