Nils Richter becomes new Chief Growth Officer at Allygatr

As a new member of the management team, his responsibilities will include sales. He brings more than 16 years of expertise in HR.

As of August 15, Nils Richter, former Managing Director of Michael Page and Staffgroup, will join Allygatr as Chief Growth Officer. As a new member of the management team, he will be responsible for driving sales, among other things.

Nils Richter, a Berliner and father of two, has been Managing Director of Staffgroup GmbH for the past three years. His tasks now include ensuring the long-term growth of Allygatr's holdings, especially the current recruiting solutions. He will work with Allygatr founder and CEO Benjamin Visser and the management group to make investment and incubation decisions for the future structured development of the Allygatr portfolio, the company says.

He will also guide and support individual companies in servicing key customers and increasing sales. Richter says of his position at Allygatr, "It's impressive what Allygatr has created so far, and I'm honored to be able to help guide the continued sustainable development of HR Tech Ventures!"
