Pactos receives 2.7 million euros pre-seed

The Munich-based start-up Pactos has closed a pre-seed financing round of 2.7 million euros. The round is led by High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF), and several industry experts and personalities from the start-up scene are also involved.

Digital solution for a billion-euro market

The market for external workers in Europe is worth over 230 billion euros. However, many companies still manage their external staff using Excel spreadsheets or email processes, which involves a great deal of effort.

Pactos offers AI-supported software that automatically checks contracts, manages assignments in real time and documents relevant data in a legally compliant manner. The solution integrates into existing IT systems such as zvoove and is certified according to recognized standards and GDPR-compliant. Customers such as Swissport, Knuth and Unique Personal are already using the platform to manage several thousand external workers.

Support from industry and digital experts

In addition to HTGF, other well-known investors are also involved: Dr. Sebastian Dettmers (CEO StepStone), Jens Bender (initiator of HR Angels Club), Alexander Schwörer (owner of PERI Group) and digital investors such as Robin Haak (Robin Capital) and Franzi Majer (Superangels). In addition to capital, they also contribute industry expertise and networks.

Expansion of product and team

Pactos intends to use the fresh capital to further develop its software, in particular to expand new AI functionalities and strengthen the development team in German-speaking countries. In addition, growth in the B2B segment is to be driven forward.
