PTC launches startup program for aerospace and defense

The US software provider PTC has introduced a new startup program for the aerospace and defense (A&D) industry that is specifically tailored to young companies. The aim is to provide start-ups with leading software solutions and industry-specific support at an early stage in order to accelerate product development in an increasingly complex and regulated industry.

Access to leading PTC solutions at no cost

Participating startups receive free access to a comprehensive software package:

• Creo+® for CAD and computer-aided design
• Onshape®, a cloud-native CAD and PDM platform
• Codebeamer+™, an ALM solution for agile requirements and test management
• A start-up package for Arena®, the PLM and QMS platform for regulated markets

Onshape Government is also available for particularly demanding projects. This is a specially developed version for compliance with ITAR and EAR requirements in US-regulated environments.

The basic version of Creo already has all the functions we need for production - without any add-ons.
