Rosberg Ventures, the venture capital firm founded by Formula 1 world champion Nico Rosberg, has successfully completed the final closing of its third fund. The new fund of funds comprises 100 million US dollars, bringing Rosberg Ventures' assets under management (AUM) to over 200 million US dollars.

The fund was 1.4 times oversubscribed. Nevertheless, Rosberg Ventures deliberately set an upper limit to ensure high performance for investors in the long term.

Deliberately limited fund volume despite high demand

We were once again able to attract many partners, entrepreneurs and families to venture capital. We see the high level of interest as a strong vote of confidence. However, we have deliberately set a limit of 100 million dollars in order to ensure the best possible performance for our partners.

Rosberg Ventures is aimed in particular at European entrepreneurial families, family offices and corporates seeking access to first-class international venture capital structures.

Building bridges between European capital and global innovation

With the new fund, Rosberg Ventures is continuing its proven strategy of connecting European capital with leading global VC funds and start-ups. An exclusive "closed circle" gives the network access to top international VCs, which is otherwise difficult for many investors to reach.

The focus is on global growth areas and leading venture capital managers who are involved in the technological breakthroughs of tomorrow at an early stage.

Expansion of the business model to include direct investments

In addition to the traditional fund-of-funds approach, Rosberg Ventures added direct investments to its strategy in the fall of 2025. The aim is to make targeted investments in particularly successful "breakout start-ups" from its own fund portfolio.

"Our funds of funds provide us with a unique overview of which start-ups are developing the strongest worldwide. It is precisely these that we identify for direct investments," explains Rosberg.

The investment tickets are between two and five million US dollars per startup.
