Six start-ups launch in the "K.I.E.Z." batch

The accelerator program is designed to support start-ups in their development. These companies were able to assert themselves against the competition.
The "Artificial Intelligence Entrepreneurship Center" has selected six start-ups that it intends to support with various funding programs in an initial batch. The initiative, which aims to promote science-related companies in the field of artificial intelligence, is a model project for more start-ups in Germany and is being funded by the Federal Ministry of Economics with a total of almost seven million euros. In the accelerator program, the center wants to work with the start-ups to identify which goals they want to pursue and then support them with "growth foundations" and "growth hacks". The initiative does not specify exactly what this means.
The experts at the center have now selected six start-ups. These include Ai-coustics, which develops audio algorithms, Aivy, which is working on an HR solution, Cultway, which is designing a platform for audiovisual stories, Mastory, which designs math games, Pantohealth, which is developing predictive maintenance for overhead lines, and Yoona, which wants to launch software for fashion designers.
Tina Klüwer, Director AI at "K.I.E.Z", is pleased with the selection: "All six companies are using artificial intelligence methods in their products in innovative ways," she says.
