Together, the companies are now offering trips designed around mindfulness and resilience.

Educational travel startup Let's Flow is launching a partnership with travel broadcaster Sonnenklar.TV. The jointly organized trips are designed to combine recreational vacations with lessons on mindfulness, meditation and stress reduction. The cost of the additional courses can be submitted to health insurance.

"The target group for these special vacations includes young people and managers who want to be more efficient and are not shy about topics such as mindfulness, as well as older citizens who want to maintain their mental fitness," says Kristijan Schellinger, managing director of Sonnenklar.TV. The cooperation will kick off in April with a trip to Egypt, where participants can take part in the "Active in Flow" series of courses. Among other things, reflection and breathing exercises will be taught in this series of courses. Furthermore, trips to Corfu and Mallorca are planned.

Dennis Drüke, Christoph Kreiss and Jill Christin Reinhard founded Let's Flow in 2020 in Berlin. Since then, Let's Flow has offered mental health and resilience courses that employees can use as educational vacations.
