Susanne Wruck becomes new COO at Pair Finance

The experienced e-commerce manager is to help the fintech expand.

Collection fintech Pair Finance has recruited Susanne Wruck as its new COO. From August 1, 2022, she will take over the role from Fabian Platzen, who will now focus on his role as Chief Financial Officer. Wruck most recently spent a decade in e-commerce at Flaconi and Bringmeister. At Flaconi, she was primarily responsible for fulfillment, delivery and customer care.

Commenting on the leadership change, Pair Finance founder Stephen Stricker said, "I'd like to thank Fabian, who has been very successful in the COO role so far and from now on will focus his full attention on the Finance and Legal business, which is growing both domestically and internationally."

With currently 180 employees, Pair Finance is on the move with AI technology solutions and individualized customer service in the collection sector. The technology has also been available in Austria since 2021. In July 2022, the company won an MPE Award for its use of artificial intelligence and data analytics.
