ToolSense receives investment from GRO Capital
The Viennese PropTech/SaaS company ToolSense has received an investment from GRO Capital. The investment is intended to accelerate international expansion, scale sales and drive the further development of the AI and IoT platform.
Platform for data-driven facility management
ToolSense is developing an AI-supported operations platform for facility management (FM). The solution connects machines, workflows and real-time data and replaces analog processes and fragmented tools such as Excel or messaging services.
The platform combines SaaS, IoT, AI and robotics integrations and covers key areas:
- Asset and maintenance management
- Safety inspections
- Vehicle and fleet management
- Control of robotic systems
- Field service management
The aim is to lower operating costs, reduce downtime and increase efficiency along the entire FM value chain.
Strong market position and international customer base
ToolSense is already active in over 30 countries and is used by more than 200 customers, including companies such as ISS, Dussmann and industrial partners such as Tennant Company.
The platform is increasingly becoming the central operating system for facility management processes, particularly through the integration of IoT data and automated workflows.
Focus on AI, IoT and autonomous processes
With the new capital, ToolSense wants to further develop its platform in the direction of autonomous, self-optimizing building processes. In future, AI will predict maintenance requirements, manage resources more efficiently and automate operational processes.
CEO Alexander Manafi emphasizes that the company is evolving from a pure asset management solution to a holistic FM operations platform.
Growth through strategic investor
For GRO Capital, ToolSense fits strategically into the focus on resource-efficient software solutions. The combination of SaaS, IoT, robotics and AI offers considerable potential for efficiency gains and global scaling.
With this partnership, ToolSense aims to further expand its position as a leading platform in the field of facility management.
