Over €11 million for London AI lawyer platform

Lawhive, an AI-powered platform, aims to improve access to quality legal help for consumers and small businesses.
London-based AI-powered platform for lawyers, Lawhive, has closed a funding round of over €11 million. This investment, led by Google Ventures and Episode 1 Ventures, aims to improve access to quality legal support for consumers and small businesses.
Lawhive enables lawyers to either work with their own clients or connect with consumers and small businesses through the Lawhive marketplace. By using AI to manage many aspects of legal work, time savings for lawyers and cost benefits for their clients are realized.
AI lawyer Lawrence
The platform currently works with over 100 solicitors across the UK and has developed a consumer law operating system that automates everyday administrative tasks. An AI solicitor called Lawrence, based on Lawhive's own technology, assists solicitors in carrying out legal work at the level of a junior solicitor or paralegal.
