vyzn closes seed financing round

The Zurich-based AI startup vyzn AG has successfully completed its seed financing round. The round was led by venture capital investors Spicehaus Partners and Kiilto Ventures, accompanied by other strategic investors from the construction and real estate sectors. The company intends to use the new capital to expand its product range and strengthen its market presence in Europe.

Expansion of automated building analyses

vyzn develops AI-supported software that makes construction and real estate projects analyzable at an early stage, quickly and with data support. The startup is expanding its portfolio and will offer automated analyses of circularity, cost estimates and thermal comfort in addition to life cycle assessments and energy efficiency assessments.

The basis for this is a technological breakthrough that automatically converts architectural models into fully simulatable 3D models for the first time. This enables precise planning loops in a significantly shorter time and reduces costs in early development phases.

Growing demand from Europe

The demand for integrated, data-supported planning tools is increasing throughout Europe. In Germany in particular, vyzn is registering growing demand from project developers, architects and planning offices who want to plan more sustainably and efficiently.

From the beginning of 2026, vyzn will therefore be testing its software for the first time with selected pilot customers in Germany.

The company is a spin-off of ETH Zurich and already has more than 50 renowned clients in the real estate industry, including Zurich Airport, Implenia, Halter, Pensimo and Amstein-Walthert.

From January 20 to 25, 2026, vyzn will be presenting its platform at Swissbau in Basel and invites interested parties to visit its stand or arrange personal meetings in advance.

The amount of the financing round has not been disclosed.
