With the conclusion of a pre-seed financing round, Zenesis aims to drive forward automation in TGA planning. Technologiegründerfonds Sachsen (TGFS) is leading the financing round.

Leipzig, 15 October 2024 - Leipzig-based startup Zenesis, which specializes in AI-supported planning software for technical building equipment (TGA), has closed a seven-figure pre-seed financing round. The round was led by Technologiegründerfonds Sachsen (TGFS), with participation from engineering firm Hubert Beyer and existing investor Kampmann Group.

Zenesis' software optimizes time-consuming and repetitive planning tasks in the TGA sector through automation, enabling engineering offices and planning companies in the construction and real estate industry to work more efficiently and conserve resources. Especially in times of a shortage of skilled workers and the increasing complexity of technical building planning, Zenesis enables a significant reduction in planning times.

We are delighted with the trust placed in us by our investors and the opportunity to accelerate product development. The new financing gives us the necessary boost to offer our customers even more benefits through enhanced solutions.

Gilles Dostert, CEO and founder of Zenesis

The fresh capital will be used for the further technical development of the Zenesis software, market development and the expansion of the team. Zenesis is thus strengthening its role as a driver of digitalization in the construction and real estate sector.
