Architrave is leading the digital transformation in Real Estate Asset Management by making document and data management faster and simpler.

Architrave was founded by Maurice Grassau in 2013 and now employs over 100 people in Berlin and Dresden. Its clients include over 70 prestigious real estate companies, managing more than 6,000 assets worth +100 billion Euros with Architrave. Every year, transactions realized in Architrave amount to 15 billion Euros - including the Sony Center, OMNITURM and Millennium Portfolio.

As strategic partners, the likes of Union Investment, Deka Immobilien or Drees & Sommer put their faith in Architrave’s long-term strategies and innovative solutions. Other shareholders include BitStone Capital and PropTech1.

The company's platform and supplementary services enable the industry to make the step from physical documents to data and from data to smart decisions, allowing Asset Managers to actually manage assets instead of papers. With the application of machine learning algorithms to extract and process relevant information from documents, Architrave minimizes inefficient human work and solves the problem of non-standardized, poor data.
