The finance function especially in SME is viewed as hygiene factor. We want to help business owners to create value for their stakeholders by reducing the effort and focousing on clients by a service based model. Starting with reporting (more to come) with technology but a human intelligence.

Our target group to start with are equity financed companies, that have a need in external reporting to investors, banks, management or any other stakeholders. In most cases the existing reporting will be spreadsheet-based and therefore limited, worst-case even inconsistent. We're helping the management with a SaaS solution to overcome this with a ready and easy to use web-based technology and a MS Excel plugin for analytics, planning, budgeting as well as predictive analytics. We don't stop at portfolio companies of PE/VC, but offer our solution directly to funds as well to create an overview of the portfolio. This solves existing problems in the exchange of information and brings the business communication/analytics to a next level.

Michael Schuhmacher has extensive experience in various finance functions at technology-oriented companies. Most recently, he was CFO at one of Germany's leading digital solution providers. As part of the buy & build strategy, he was responsible for setting up and integrating the finance processes for each transaction. In cooperation with private equity funds and banks, he was able to decisively expand his expertise in recipient-oriented reporting.
