In many areas such as pharmaceutics, medicine, agriculture, food industry, waste disposal, packaging and plastics industry, optical measuring methods for quality analysis and process control are already established. Up to now, however, the high implementation costs have often prevented a broader application of NIR spectroscopy (NIRS). Thanks to intensive research into the use of microscan systems, it was possible to develop the completely new and significantly more cost-effective scanning grating spectrometers (SGS).

Today, we as a company pursue the goal of further advancing the development of high-quality technologies and applications for the analysis of substances in the near infrared (NIR) range. To this end, we intend to further expand the advantages of NIR spectroscopy in order to establish it as a mass application in the near future. Although smaller companies can also benefit from the method, it is not only the quality of the manufactured products that increases.
